1:1 Therapy In-Person

 1:1 therapy can be highly beneficial for a number of reasons. Jamie uses a unique blend of three different types of therapy, namely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), 1:1  Mindfulness-based training and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

These approaches are selected in light of the specific problems and needs of each client, as explored during the first initial assessment session lasting 90 minutes.  All subsequent sessions last for 60 minutes.  Jamie brings a wealth of experience to each client and no two client experiences are the same.      


1:1 therapy can be enough but many clients also choose to attend the Mindfulness Meditation 8-week programme alongside their development, opening up a different dimension to their personal journey.
