This innovative facility offers telephone-based CBT, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Mindfulness-based Meditation and Coaching for those who live too far away or who cannot access the service in person. Jamie has clients all over the United Kingdom.

Sessions are held by appointment only at my therapy centre in Lexden, Colchester (Essex) or by telephone.  Booking a session is easy!

   The first step is always a detailed initial assessment (90-mins) which is then followed by subsequent 1 hour appointments, usually weekly but I am flexible dependent on your needs. In the initial assessment we will explore your problems, how they are manifesting now in the present and also look at their development in a historical context. From here we can then develop therapeutic goals on which to build and prioritise throughout our sessions together.  



A new offering is a 12-week online or in person support programme for those diagnosed with ADHD and its emotional and behavioural consequences.  This programme is offered by associate Michelle Shavdia  MSc, BSc (Coaching Psychologist) specialising in ADHD support for adults and teenagers or for their parents/guardians. Learn specialised skills and take back control of your life regarding time management, organisation, emotional control, focus, relationships and more.
